Build your plan

Seven short steps. Every question says why it is asked, and every value has a reasonable default.

1The track

With altitude. The file is read in your browser and is not sent anywhere.

2Your goal and your profile

HoursMinutes

The time you want to finish in. OnFuel spreads it over the track, it does not predict it.

Used to size the caffeine.

How you rate your level, not your speed.

The more technical the terrain, the more time moves to the descents.

3Pace and terrain

The model spreads your time by the gradients and the terrain of the race. Mark here the stretches you know better than it does, a very technical descent, a runnable ridge, a stretch you will walk.

Load the track to see the profile and get suggested zones.

0 for an even effort. The target time does not change, the end gets slower and the start faster.

    4Your habits

The most your stomach is used to taking, 120 at most. The plan never goes above it. Above 60 g/h, you need at least 90.

Placed late in the effort. Do not try it for the first time on race day.

White salt marks on your clothes after a run.

    5Your products

Write down what you have, as printed on the packaging, for a single item. The plan says what to take at each intake and what you are missing. Without products, it assumes a 30 g gel and capsules.

    No product yet.

      6The aid stations

Distance from the start. Leave empty if the race has no aid station. A drop bag lets you pick up all your products on the way. Assistance only hands over gels and sports drink, no water. The plan then says what you need to reach the next one.

The time lost at each aid station. A station can have its own stop.

All your bottles and flasks together.

      7The conditions

The one you expect during the race.

Optional. Above 60 %, you sweat more.
